Increased prospect touches with B2B Reps by over 30% and supported the growth of new feature adaptations upon small/mid-sized business advertisers on Snapchat through the development and ownership of “OhSnap”, a dynamic newsletter sent out to approximately 500k SMB Snapchat Ads Manager users.

With “OhSnap”, I developed new acquisition fields in Salesforce to capture necessary business data, which helped formulate content buckets used for dynamic emails via Pardot. These emails curated articles, case studies, and feature launches to recipients based on their business sector and sales eligibility determined by ad buying history. I self-coded this master template using Flexbox & AMPscript to plug in dynamic content.
