Challenge: Headspace needed a seamless funnel to move a newly acquired userset from a new partnership with a major insurance provider users from pre-trial engagement into paid subscriptions. The core challenge was aligning nurture campaigns in HubSpot with onboarding experiences in Braze, while keeping messaging consistent across platforms.

Approach: Designed and executed pre-signup nurture flows in HubSpot to educate and warm leads before trial activation. Post-signup, built and developed copy for multi-channel onboarding journeys in Braze (Email, Push, In-App) that highlighted product features, encouraged daily meditation habits, and reinforced subscription value. This dual-platform strategy ensured continuity across the entire early lifecycle funnel.

Impact: Strengthened the pre-trial to paid subscription funnel, increased onboarding engagement, and established a scalable framework that merged HubSpot automation with Braze personalization.
